Eye of Entropy

Planetary Destruction: The Eye of Entropy is a superweapon, harnessing the power of 12 singularities located on its 3 concentric rings to create a powerful beam that inhibits the strong nuclear force, literally dissolving matter into subatomic particles. A whooping 1 km across, the Eye is protected by the powerful gravitational effects of the singularities, diverted into a bubble around the eye. This bubble, in which the speed of light is drastically lower, shields the Eye not only from the beam it creates, but from virtually any external attack.
